Jiangsu ZNL Advanced Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province with a total investment of 100 million yuan. It focuses on the production of ZNL brand color aluminum products: granite fluorocarbon aluminum panels, marble fluorocarbon aluminum panels, wood grain fluorocarbon aluminum panels, External wall roll-coated fluorocarbon aluminum veneer, aluminum-magnesium-manganese roof color aluminum sheet, indoor high-grade ceiling aluminum sheet, honeycomb aluminum surface layer board, heat preservation integrated board surface layer board, corrugated aluminum board surface layer board.
The company is currently a domestic high-tech company with a continuous six-coating and six-baking thick plate roller coating assembly line, and has won 17 national patent product certificates. Through independent research and development and innovation, the company has completely solved the technical problem that the traditional ink roller coated marble is easily faded on the outer wall. The pattern of fluorocarbon aluminum plate has been solved in time.
At the same time, the company is one of the few domestic manufacturers that have the ability to manufacture thick plates using continuous coil roll coating technology. After the products are launched on the market, it will change the current situation of uneven and easy to produce chromatic aberrations in traditional fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum plates.
At present, the company has passed the international certification of ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system international certification, and OHSAS18001 occupational health management system international certification.
In addition, we are also equipped with excellent flying shear leveling lines, continuous embossing lines and two large manufacturing workshops. In order to successfully realize the business volume, we have 10 CNC machines and 6 bending machines. At the beginning of 2019, we even bought a Trump laser cutting machine from Germany for $1 million. Based on complete equipment and facilities, we are now able to quickly transform the design into existing products.
